PlantWater began with a simple question: Could traditional botanical knowledge be transformed into practical wellness solutions for modern life?
The journey began with MINIFY™, created as a small-batch topical botanical formula for targeted muscle and joint comfort. But MINIFY was only the beginning.
As customers began asking more questions—about hormones, digestion, cognitive wellness, respiratory support, everyday stress, healthy aging and more—PlantWater grew with them. We began researching and formulating with roots, barks, leaves, flowers and functional mushrooms, combining generations of botanical knowledge with modern research.
Today, PlantWater is about more than what's inside a bottle. It's about helping people understand the botanicals they use, ask better questions about their wellness, and have access to products made with intention and transparency.
We continue to formulate in small batches because quality matters. We continue to educate because knowledge matters. And we continue exploring the extraordinary world of plants and mushrooms because PlantWater was never meant to be just another supplement company.
It began with MINIFY™. The mission became much bigger.
Our Mission 🌿
PlantWater exists to make botanical wellness understandable, accessible, and useful in everyday life.
Our mission is to combine traditional botanical knowledge with modern research to create thoughtfully formulated, small-batch wellness products using plants and functional mushrooms.
We believe people deserve to know what's in their products, understand why it's there, and make informed choices about their wellness.
Through transparent formulations, education, and personalized support, PlantWater is working to help people become active participants in their own wellness.
Our Values 🌿
OUR VALUES 🌿
PlantWater is built on a simple principle: what we make matters, how we make it matters, and what we tell you about it matters.
TRANSPARENCY — We believe you deserve to know what's in your products and why each ingredient was chosen.
INTENTIONAL FORMULATION — We thoughtfully combine traditional botanical knowledge with modern research rather than following trends for the sake of trends.
QUALITY & CONSISTENCY — Small-batch formulation allows us to maintain attention to ingredients, preparation, and the finished product.
CONTINUOUS LEARNING — Botanical knowledge is vast. We remain committed to researching, learning, questioning, and improving.
RESPECT FOR NATURE — Plants and mushrooms are extraordinary resources. We approach sourcing and formulation with respect for both people and the natural world.
EDUCATION — We don't just want to sell you a bottle. We want you to understand the botanicals you're choosing and become a more informed participant in your own wellness.

Janna Pankey is a Licensed Massage Therapist, wellness professional, and owner of Janna’s Wellness Lab, serving clients in Flushing and New Lothrop, Michigan.
For Janna, massage therapy is personal.
Her journey began after witnessing the difference regular massage made in her mother’s healing and overall well-being. Seeing someone she loved experience greater comfort and quality of life inspired Janna to pursue a career helping others experience those same possibilities.
Fourteen years later, that experience still shapes the way she works.
Janna believes wellness is about more than addressing discomfort. It is about helping people feel more comfortable, relaxed, mobile, and connected to their bodies. She takes time to understand each client's needs and uses a variety of therapeutic techniques to create an individualized experience.
Areas of Practice
Janna's services include:
Sports Massage
Shiatsu Massage
Reflexology
Hot & Cold Stone Therapy
Cupping
Ear Seeding
Auricular Acupuncture
Her work may be especially valuable for people seeking support with muscle tension, physical recovery, mobility, relaxation, stress management, and overall body wellness. Her goal is simple: listen to the person in front of her, understand what their body needs, and help them feel better supported in their wellness journey.
For Janna, massage therapy isn't simply a profession. What began by witnessing her mother's healing journey became a calling to help other people experience the restorative power of skilled, compassionate touch.
Janna Pankey, LMT Licensed Massage Therapist • 14 Years Experience Owner, Janna’s Wellness Lab Flushing & New Lothrop, Michigan
Every business has someone who sees what the founder can't always see yet. For PlantWater, that's my sister.
She keeps me on course, finds the product or packaging solution I didn't know I needed, and isn't afraid to shine a light on people or situations when something doesn't feel quite right.
More importantly, she sees possibilities before I do.
She can walk into a dilapidated storage room and say, “That's your classroom.” I look around and see a dilapidated storage room. Months later, I'm standing in my classroom wondering how she saw it first.
She'll randomly tell me, “Go to the woods.”
So I go and somehow I come home having discovered Black Trumpet or Hericium coralloides mushrooms.
She has been a sounding board, a compass, an occasional warning system, and one of the people who helped PlantWater become what it is.
But her place here goes deeper than any title.
She is one of the reasons PlantWater exists in the first place.
Some people help build a business with credentials. Others help build it by seeing the path before there's a path to see.
She's been doing that from the beginning.
Our Team is PlantWater
Bobbi, Traci, Courtney and Janna Janna all bring an important hands-on dimension to the PlantWater wellness team.
PlantWater's approach recognizes that wellness rarely involves just one system or one solution. Botanical wellness, movement, stress management, bodywork, nutrition, rest, and other lifestyle factors can all play a role in helping people care for themselves.
